In “the spirit of Chautauqua” West Bloomfield Congregational Church UCC will honor its longstanding heritage of intellectual discernment and public entertainment by offering a Day of Curiosity on Saturday, February 11. The church will host a series of expert presentations on an eclectic range of subjects including sustainable home farming, moving better, engaging humor to effectively communicate, defeating racism, dream interpretation, discerning truth, and the birth of the universe.
The Day of Curiosity event is secular, non-denominational and open to everyone. Come for the whole day, or just part of it. Lunch will be served. $5 admission, and a donation to the H.O.P.E. Food Pantry is encouraged. Pre-registration is highly recommended at https://tiny.cc/dayofcuriosity
