How to be an Ally to Indigenous People: Youth Event

Listen to and learn from the experiences of indigenous elders from the Onondaga Nation–hear about the experiences of the Iroquois over the past 500 years.Our facilitators will lead us through the Kairos Blanket Exercise, a simulation of the history of First Nations people. Because of the difficulty of the subject matter, the minimum age for participants is 14 (or grade 9).
This event is FREE due to generous grant funding from the Office of Youth and Triennium of the PCUSA.
