Committee on Ministry (COM) Liaisons
A group of COM liaisons are assigned to each of the six neighborhoods and they, as a liaison group, partner with the churches in that neighborhood. Their support role in transitions include:
-Pastor contracts/renewals
-Clearance/exit interviews
-Interpreting COM policies
-Transition process care
