“Do not forsake me when I am old;
do not forsake me when my strength is gone.”—Psalms 71:9

rphlogoRochester Presbyterian Home’s mission since 1927, is to provide a fulfilling way of life for older adults in a residential community where each person is truly “at home”.

We respect and accept the uniqueness and dignity of every individual. We embrace many faith traditions. We commit ourselves to uniting residents, families, staff, and the neighboring community to enrich and nurture the mind, body, and spirit. We celebrate the continuing growth of each individual through loving, resident-centered care.

We offer comprehensive health care in an Adult Home setting. Nurses are on the premises around the clock. A Physician’s Assistant makes rounds each weekday, and a physician from Highland Hospital makes weekly “house calls”. Our medical team, in cooperation with all of our dedicated employees, embraces an Eden Alternative approach to care that promotes the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our elders.
